Tuina is the traditional form of Chinese massage. It uses special hand techniques and manipulations such as pushing, brushing, pressing, rubbing, tapping, clapping and even a technique of vibration.
Tuina is particularly effective for disorders of the musculoskeletal system, but also for many other problems such as arthrosis, after a stroke, injuries or tension. It can also be used to positively influence internal disharmonies.
A wide range of applications of a special form of Tuina can be found in pediatrics. Children respond very well to children’s Tuina. This enables effective treatment for numerous clinical issues without intervening directly in the body with acupuncture or drugs.
